Police Explorers
The Champlin Police Explorer Program is a FREE youth development and training opportunity for young adults ages 14 to 21 interested in pursuing a career in law enforcement. This hands-on program runs annually from September through April and provides participants with a behind-the-scenes look at police work while building leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
In addition to law enforcement training, Explorers develop strong connections with fellow participants, adult mentors, police personnel, and the community. At the end of the program, participants can demonstrate the skills they’ve learned at the Minnesota Law Enforcement Explorer Association Statewide Competition held each April.
Looking to apply? Applications will reopen in the Spring. Check back if interested.
