Skaters and goalies work on stick handling, shooting, and individual skating skills. These are not open hockey, pick-up games, or coach-organized sessions; they are personal development sessions. Helmets and respective gear are required. View the Ice Schedule.
• Goaltenders must wear full goalie equipment.
• Users supply their own pucks.
• Players must not stand in front of nets.
• Most importantly, share the ice and control your shots; you are responsible for the pucks you shoot!
