Champlin utility customers have the option to pay their bill online using a credit/debit card. There is a $1.25 convenience fee plus a processing fee of 3% applies (effective January 12, 2026). Online users have the option to make a one-time payment without establishing an account or registering an account for future transactions.

Round-Up Program

Your spare change when combined with the rest of the community has the ability to benefit others! Funds will be used to support various programs, functions, and equipment through the Parks and Recreation Department.
