Champlin Life Time

In 2000, the City of Champlin and Life Time established one of the first public-private partnerships of its kind. This collaboration enables Champlin residents to access the top-notch recreational facility without needing a membership for a reduced daily fee. The partnership has served as a model for other cities. Life Time’s 60,000 square foot facility features an indoor pool, two gyms, an aerobics room, and various pieces of cardiovascular and training equipment. 

Daily Passes

Champlin residents can use the facilities at Life Time without being a member. To access the facilities as a non-member, residents must purchase a daily pass available at a reduced rate.  The following are the daily fees for Champlin residents, as of May 2025.

 Entire Facility:

  • Adult $13.00            
  • Additional Adult Family Member or Child (13-17 yrs) $8.00
  • Senior (62 + yrs) or Child (younger than 13 yrs)  $4.50
  • Family Access $30.00

Gymnasium Only:

  • Adult $10.00
  • Additional Adult Family Member or Child (13-17 yrs) $4.50
  • Senior (62 + yrs) or Child (younger than 13 yrs)  $1.50
  • Family Access $17.00

Pool Only:

  • Adult $10.00
  • Additional Adult Family Member or Child (13-17 yrs) $4.50
  • Senior (62 + yrs) or Child (younger than 13 yrs)  $1.50
  • Family Access $17.00

All resident guests must show the following proper identification:

  • Individuals 16 years of age and older must present a valid Minnesota driver’s license verifying Champlin residency and complete a guest registration form for each visit.
  • Ages 12-15 must present a current-year student ID and have a current Kid on File waiver signed by their parent, with verified Champlin residency.  
  • Children aged 11 and under may only use the pool during family swim hours and must be accompanied by a parent who presents a driver’s license verifying Champlin residency.

Safety is Life Time's top priority. If you plan to bring a child other than your own, you must have an “Assumption of Responsibility” form signed by the child’s parent with you to gain admittance for the child. Forms are available at any Life Time location.

Child-to-Adult Ratio in Pool: If you bring children to the pool who are not your own, Life Time requires a 3:1 child-to-adult ratio. This ratio does not apply to parents bringing their children.

Daily Pass Hours

Residents may purchase and use daily passes from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
