Jensen's Foods is coming to Mississippi Crossings this June. It will officially be renamed "Jensen's Market" at the Crossings upon moving to East River Parkway. Upon opening, it will offer fresh deli items, baked goods, coffee, meat, and produce. The 5,500-square-foot site plan was approved by City Council in 2022 and construction is well underway.
