Construction Duration: Summer 2025
The project consists of street and utility improvements to the Highpointe Development, as well as Goose Lake Pkwy from Elm Creek Pkwy to Hazelwood Lane. These streets were constructed between 1988 - 1998 and total of approximately 2 miles of roadway. Throughout time there has been some typical maintenance done for these streets including sealcoating and crack filling.
