Proposed Ordinance

The following ordinance is scheduled for consideration by the City Council on August 21, 2023.  A draft is posted on our website, under Public Notices, and Mayor & City Council.  

  • Ordinance Prohibiting Cannabis Use in the parks and on City property

Upon adoption, ordinances will publish in the Star Tribune.
