Absentee ballots are available beginning September 21st. All Champlin voters may vote by absentee ballot you do not need to be absent from the precinct.

Complete the ballot application form and a ballot will be mailed to you. Your choice of an online application, a printable form or a designated application for military and overseas voters is available on the Secretary of State’s website. Paper copies of the Regular Absentee Ballot Application are also available at City Hall.

Beginning September 21st ballots will be available at City Hall during business hours of Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. With extended hours on Saturday, November 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Monday, November 5th from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
