Code Enforcement Division

Code Enforcement is a division of Community Development. Code Enforcement is responsible for rental housing licensing and inspections, property maintenance and vacant/foreclosed property monitoring. 2017 Code Enforcement Annual Report

Property maintenance is guided by the Zoning Ordinance and the International Property Maintenance Code. The Zoning Ordinance addresses parking regulations, junk vehicles, home based businesses and outside storage ie: dumpster/pods and non-rigid structures. The IPMC regulates exterior property maintenance for all properties as well as interior maintenance for rental properties
