Champlin City Administration Department
The Administration Department is responsible for implementing policies and directives as established by the City Council, and for the administration of general and multi-department activities. The Administration Department also coordinates information to the public. In addition, the Administration Department coordinates all personnel functions including pay equity compliance, health and dental insurance, salary surveys and union contract negotiations.

The Government Services Department is a multi-functional department covering communications, elections, environmental stewardship, records retention, building maintenance and general government.
