Skaters and goalies come out and work on your stick handling, shooting and individual skating skills. These are not open hockey, pick-up game or coach organized sessions. Only individual development. Helmets and respective gear are a requirement. • Goaltenders must wear full goalie equipment. • Users supply their own pucks. • Players must not stand in front of nets. • Most importantly share the ice and control your shots: you are responsible for the pucks you shoot!

Open skate is provided for recreational skating only. It is important that participants observe the rules in order to make it an enjoyable experience for every skater. The program is not designed for hockey, figure skating practice, or formal skating lessons by an instructor. Long blade skaters are welcome during weekday morning sessions. Note: Times are subject to change due to high school hockey games, tournaments, and special events.
