109th Road Closure Detour Route

Phase 1 Begins April 28th

Phase 1 of the 109th Avenue Reconstruction Project will begin on Monday, April 28th, with a full closure of 109th Avenue between Highway 169 and Winnetka Avenue (indicated in red on the Detour Map). Please begin planning alternate routes and allow extra time for travel.

Detour Route: Elm Creek Boulevard → 114th Avenue → Douglas Drive → Zane Avenue → Highway 610 → Zachary Lane

Access to businesses located at the northeast corner of 109th Avenue and Highway 169, via Zealand Avenue, will be maintained. However, access may change as construction progresses. Project personnel will provide timely updates directly to affected property owners.
