D.C. Chandler Park ImprovementsAs a continuation of the Mississippi Crossings development project, Council approved an expansion of the parking lot at D.C. Chandler Park. The work will include the construction of 112 additional spaces and installation of landscaping, irrigation, lighting, and trails. The contractor will begin tree removal and grading in October. The project is anticipated to be completed in June 2024. Learn more.

Northland Park ImprovementsImprovements are underway and will continue through November 2023. Crews are installing new storm sewer infrastructure and removing the existing trail. They will then grade the trail and add gravel. Once the new trail is graded and passes compaction testing, it will be paved. Learn more.
