NIGHT TO UNITE

National night out is TONIGHT, Tuesday, August 2! Strengthen community relationships by turning on your outdoor lights and inviting neighbors over to your yard. Email Communications with pictures of your 2022 gatherings! This annual event is a great way to connect, make new friends, and build community! We look forward to stopping by registered gatherings to say hello.

BIG TRUCKS & COOL STUFF

Join us on Thursday, August 4, from 4pm to 7pm, in the Public Works Yard, behind City Hall, to climb in public works, police and fire trucks! Plus, boats, helicopters, horse patrol, and more! Enjoy free cotton candy, popsicles & spin the wheel prizes too! All ages are welcome. Park at the Ice Forum. Learn more.

SHED FEST TICKETS

You're invited on September 24 to the 4th Annual Shed Fest, in the Public Works Yard. Rock out to an Eagles Tribute, by the Fabulous Armadillos, at 9pm. Gates will open at 5pm. Food trucks will be on site. The Lookout Bar & Grill will serve adult beverages. A pre-show by Ladies of the 80s will start at 6pm. Parking will be available at the Ice Forum, and shuttle buses will run to and from various parks around town. Purchase $15 pre-sale tickets!

MOVIE IN THE PARK & DINNER TOO

Bring a chair or blanket and join us for SING 2 at Andrews Park on August 19. The movie will start at dusk with food trucks and a 7pm comedy show prior! BLASTER BATTLES

SENIOR TRIPS

CHURCH BASEMENT LADIES ARE BACK! In the 9th installment of the highly successful series, all your favorite characters return! Whether this is your first visit to the basement or you’ve seen ‘em all, you won’t want to miss this new musical, PLOWIN’ THRU. This show takes place at Ames Center in Burnsville. The fee includes the theater ticket and transportation, it does not include lunch. Register for this October 21 day trip by September 30.

SPLASH PAD SEASON

“CHILL" at Andrews Park this month! Good times and tan lines are a visit away. The on site snack shack has sweet treats to help you cool off on hot summer days. The Splash Pad is open to the public from 10am to 7:30pm daily (weather permitting until September 4).  Interested in a group outing or party? Learn more.
