Music and outdoor recreation are central to the Mississippi Crossings Plaza and Outdoor Performance Area. With the construction of an amphitheater underway, check back for the full line-up of performers scheduled for the 2023 summer season. There will be firepits for park users and restaurant goers to enjoy. In addition to lawn bowling greens, with recreational league programming, the Parks and Recreation Department will offer rental equipment and league sign-up from the new rental office at the Special Event Center located on-site. There will also be a new playground coming soon as part of the Mississippi Point Park Improvement Project.
