Sewer Backup
If you experience a sewer backup in your basement, please contact the Utility Department at 763-421-0154 during the hours of 7:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. After hours, contact the Hennepin County Dispatch at 952-258-5321.
Sewer Line Cleaning
Residents who have their sewer cleaned from the house to the street should notify the Utility Department at 763-421-0154 so that the department is aware the cleaning is being done. This could avoid problems with roots, etc., clogging the mainline, which could cause a sewer backup.
