Utility Payment Drop Centers

Payments dropped off at the Payment Centers do not require a postage stamp. Just enclose your check with the payment stub and place in the drop box nearest you.

Payment Centers are located at:

• Municipal Center - 11955 Champlin Dr.
• Oasis Market — located at the corner of Winnetka and 117th Avenue
• Bill's Superette — 109th Avenue and West River Road
• Cub Foods — 8600-114th Avenue N.
• Holiday— 6210 109th Avenue N.

Payments are picked up on the 23rd at 3:30pm.

City Hall drop box is picked up on the 23rd at 4:30pm.

Any payments received after these designated times will be considered late and applied to the next day.
