SOUTH DIAMOND LAKE ROAD, DEPUE DRIVE,
AND MISSISSIPPI VIEW ESTATES
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
Construction for 2016 has been substantially completed. The use of all roads and public utilities are available.
Remaining work includes placement of the last lift of bituminous pavement and the completion of punch-list items (clean-up).
Trail improvements from the Champlin/Dayton border to Dayton Road are also complete, providing access to Galloway Park.
Seven parcels have connected to sanitary sewer and water service along South Diamond Lake Road and Dayton Road and thirty-two parcels within Mississippi View Estates have connected to City water service.
Paving the wear course on the northwest end of Depue Drive and also on South Diamond Lake Road will be completed in 2017. Pedestrian curb ramps at the street crossing of the trails and pavement markings will also be completed next year. The project will be reviewed for clean-up items in the spring with work completed in the spring.
