Enhancing leisure time in the City of Champlin
Champlin Parks & Recreation is responsible for administering and coordinating city recreational programs, leisure time activities, and special events. We're also responsible for park system planning, design, development and maintenance. We're committed to planning, developing and operating Champlin's Park and Recreation system to meet community needs within the bounds of available resources.
Working in conjunction with the Park and Recreation Commission, the Recreation Division of the department is responsible for coordinating City recreation programs, leisure time activities and community special events.
