Absentee ballots are available now. All voters may vote by absentee ballot. The first step to vote by absentee ballot is to complete the form requesting an absentee ballot. If you complete the online application presented here you will be mailed a ballot. You may also complete the application form at City Hall and receive your ballot in person. All ballots must be received in person by the day before the Election or with the last mail delivery on Election Day. Late ballots will not be counted. Ballots can not be delivered to the polls. They must be returned to City Hall.
The City of Champlin has four wards and four polling locations. The Ward 1 and Ward 3 polling locations have changed since 2012. Wards 2 and 4 remain the same as in 2012.
Ward 1 – Servant of Christ Lutheran Church, 740 East Hayden Lake Road
Ward 2 - Ice Forum at Champlin, 12165 Ensign Avenue
Ward 3 - Champlin Brooklyn Park Academy, 6100 109th Avenue
Ward 4 - Jackson Middle School, 6000 109th Avenue

The timing of report submittal is both date specific and based on the the amount of funds spent. As a result not all candidates will have the same number of reports submitted.
